Do you only work with travel brands?
No. We work with brands across every industry: SaaS, healthcare, real estate, D2C, education, finance, manufacturing, professional services and more. Travel is our deepest specialty (where we've shipped the most programmes), but the same senior team and engineering-led approach delivers the same results in any vertical.
Are you GST-registered?
Not yet. Viral Code currently operates as an independent studio and is not GST-registered. All prices on this site are all-inclusive in INR. We'll communicate transparently if/when that changes.
Do you guarantee Google rankings or ROAS targets?
No, and you should not trust any agency that does. What we commit to is the scope, the deliverables, white-hat methods, and transparent reporting against bookings, ROAS and KPIs we set at kickoff.
Why bundle two or more services?
Every digital funnel leaks between channels. SEO drives traffic, paid retargets it, social warms it, the website converts it, the CRM nurtures it. Coordinating these under one team beats three different agencies pointing at each other. You also get an automatic 5–12% bundle discount.
What's the engagement length and cancellation policy?
Retainers are billed monthly, quarterly or annually (with 5% / 10% prepay discounts). Cancel with 30 days' written notice. Web development projects pay against milestones already delivered.
How is Paid Media ad spend billed?
Separately and transparently. Management fees and ad spend are distinct line items. Ad spend is a pre-funded pass-through paid to Google, Meta and other platforms, reconciled monthly. Mgmt fee is Viral Code revenue; ad spend is not.
Who actually works on my account?
Senior specialists, in-house. The strategist you meet on the kickoff call is the one shipping work every week. No white-label, no offshoring, and no junior teams hidden behind sales calls.
How fast can we start?
